Job Description

We have an fantastic opportunity for 2 internships to be based at our Head Office in Eindhoven, Netherlands.  The Internship will help grow our business partnership model attracting recruitment companies to join our growing network. 

EPSN Workforce Group established over 7 years ago and is a network for recruitment companies to work together as Business Partners. Sharing vacancies and candidates to create more opportunities for them to grow their own businesses internationally recruiting in many sectors including IT, Engineering, Medical and Healthcare, Construction and many more.  The job will involve research identifying recruitment companies, establishing the main points of contact and contact details, submitting the first step of contact to the recruitment business and generating leads plus booking appointments for the Sales Directors.   Inputting data into a company CRM system.

Requirements:

• Interest in sales
• Good communication skills
• Use of standard IT packages including Microsoft, word and excel
• Confident on the telephone will be an advantage
• Enthusiasm and proactiveness within sales
• Ability to work as a team
• Must be able to speak and communicate in English, due to being an international company
• Self-motivated
