Our client was established to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
To work individually and as part of a team, supporting the service manager to ensure the smooth running of the service and to ensure that service users are provided with a safe, caring and stable environment. The post holder will support service users in reaching their full potential by empowering them to fulfil their personal, social, educational & emotional needs, by providing a high standard of personalised care and support, while respecting the dignity, independence and individuality of each person.
Hours and shift patterns will vary from service to service, the majority of our services would request a flexible approach to working hours as they will be required to work days and nights or do sleep ins.
