A fantastic opportunity to join a Private Hospital as an Outpatient Physiotherapist. As a qualified Physiotherapist (Equivalent Band 6/7), you can enjoy a very diverse role. Our client performs a wide range of surgery including orthopaedics. This role will involve working as part of a wider, multi-disciplinary team both in outpatients and on the ward to rehabilitate patients and prepare for discharge.

  Duties and responsibilities

The role will involve treating musculoskeletal outpatients with a typical caseload that will comprise of general sports, orthopaedic and MSK injuries and conditions, plus some time on the ward with post-operative patients. You will need to demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning whilst maintaining CPD & joining in IST sessions, as the department is keen to support the learning and development of their team.

  Who we're looking for

This role requires HCPC Registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 6 months of proven experience on an Outpatient Ward, alongside experience of assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of patients/cases. You will be able to work with multi-disciplinary teams and evidence of applying effective clinical reasoning strategies to complex cases with supervision. Being a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy is desirable but not essential.
