EPSN workforce are hosting a 2-day recruitment event in Portugal, alongside our Client, a well-respected Nursing Home Group based in Ireland.
This is your chance to have a face-to-face interview with a hiring manager and discuss the relocation process with EPSN Workforce’s UK recruitment specialists.
Package:
- €18 - €22 ph dependant on experience
- 48-hour contract
- Permanent contract

Overview of the role
To promote and maintain the highest attainable standard of nursing care within the home and ensure that all staff are performing their duties adequately.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage staff, delegating duties as necessary.
- Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity, privacy and respect and ensuring they are treated as individuals.
- Establish a personal and meaningful relationship with all residents, relatives and visitors.
- Ensure all Healthcare policies are known and adhered to by all staff.
- Maintain clear, concise and accurate records within the home in accordance with legislation.
- Ensures the agreed policies and procedures for the control, administration and custody of all drugs and medicines are adhered to.
Requirements:
- Nurse qualification
- Registered with home country governing body
- NMBI registered or have started registration process
- Have clinical experience working in Gerontological Care or Residential Nursing Care is desirable
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Work well with and lead a care team
- Caring and compassionate, and be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care
