US Nurses Opportunities

Working in the U.S. as a nurse is extremely rewarding, and for many, a dream come true.

Why the U.S.?

Like many countries worldwide following the pandemic, the U.S. is experiencing a shortage of nurses. Some 4 million registered nurses make up the U.S. workforce; about 60% work in hospitals. By 2022, the nation needs 1.1 million new RNs to avoid a nursing shortage, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

To address the nursing shortage, EPSN Workforce is working closely with Visa Solutions to place candidates outside of the U.S. to help build a strong nursing workforce.
