Location: EPSN HQ Eindhoven

Hours pw: 20-24 (to start, may grow into a full time job soon)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to be based at our Head Office in Eindhoven, Netherlands.  The successful candidate will help grow our business partnership model maintaining current business partners and attracting recruitment companies to join our growing network. 


EPSN Workforce Group established over 7 years ago and is a network for recruitment companies to work together as Business Partners. Sharing vacancies and candidates to create more opportunities for them to grow their own businesses internationally recruiting in many sectors including IT, Engineering, Medical and Healthcare, Construction, Hospitality and many more. 

This position will involve multiple tasks including:

  • Research identifying recruitment companies to join our network. 
  • Stay in contact with current business partners on a regular basis
  • Building good professional relationships with Business Partners.
  • Support Business Partners in using our CRM system.
  • Onboarding.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Attend regular network sales meetings.
  • Link Business Partners together.
  • Motivate Business Partners.
  • Book meetings with new potential Business Partners.
  • Introduce EPSN Business Partnership model to recruitment companies internationally.
  • Support the sales team and complete any tasks required.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in Recruitment sales.
  • Proven account management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Proven use of CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Use of standard IT packages including Microsoft, word and excel
  • Confident on the telephone and online video meetings.
  • Creative and able to add ideas for any improvements to help the network run smoothly and grow.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness within sales
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Must be able to speak and communicate in English, due to being an international company
  • Self-motivated.
