Our Client based in South Cheshire are now recruiting a Physiotherapy Manager

We practice some of the most advanced treatments on the latest generation imaging and diagnostic technology. This means we can offer everything from screening and rehabilitation through to leading-edge surgical procedures across a range of specialist fields like orthopaedics, cosmetics and general surgery -all delivered through our expert and caring clinical teams.

We have a breast cancer support group and the hospital is accredited by BUPA as a centre of excellence for breast cancer, colon cancer and bowel cancer services and a BUPA approved diagnostic service for gynaecological cancers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will take a lead role in the physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients who may have complex and/or chronic presentations
  • Provide exemplary care, work with our multi-disciplinary team on our Inpatient and Outpatient wards to rehabilitate patients and prepare for discharge while managing the Physiotherapy Department
  • Ensure the physiotherapy team delivers effective treatment to clients by providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership
  • Market, promote and profile the service to all customer groups
  • Meet Annual Operating Plans and effect service level in line with departmental and hospital business plans

Who we're looking for:

  • The Physiotherapy Manager will have HCPC registration who is  able to manage, motivate, support, develop and lead the department
  • You will hold a BSc in Physiotherapy, experienced and qualified in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy and have In-Patient and outpatient experience
  • Experience in MSK is essential
  • Evidence of substantial CPD in management and other clinically related and relevant subjects
  • Have the right to work in the UK
